You'll also enjoy a Glow Getter Chocolate Shake in class while we prep together — plus a nourishing lunch featuring Real Life Nourish Bowls with brown rice, rotisserie chicken, fresh veggies, and homemade dressing.
If there happen to be any leftovers from lunch, you’ll have the option to pack a jar to take home for later!
